Inspired by the Olympic bungalows in Munich, this innovative and temporary living module maximizes functionality within a minimum amount of space. The cube is divided into two parts. The lower level is private and intimate, containing the bathroom, bedroom, and storage space. The upper part serves as a communal area for welcoming friends and guests. A walkable net facilitates interaction between the upper and lower levels. The interior division is highlighted by the choice of construction materials: a large window front atop a minimalist concrete structure. An inclined exterior wall adds visual interest while allowing daylight to enter through a skylight, maintaining privacy from the outside. This upper area also features a walkable outdoor space that wraps around the building with lattice elements, accessible only to residents. In certain areas, this level expands into outdoor communal spaces. The staggered arrangement of the cubes, grouped in units of ten, allows side access to the interior, preserving the integrity of the inclined wall.
